The business is lead by Edwin Jewell who, along with his wife Dawn, have owned and run Jewell’s Country Market, a garden centre and farmer's market operating in PEI since 2000. Jewell has been making his way through the MMPR application process since 2013, breaking ground on the facility in the Spring of 2015 and finishing in December.
