Get rid of the people who don’t want to be there. Structure the commission better. For selling $38k my commission check shouldn’t be $190. That’s insane. Don’t micromanage the stores. Cycle assistant managers so that there is room for promotions within stores. You shouldn’t be an assistant manager in the same store for more than 2 years.
