Feb 22, 2012 · I purchased a fashion ring from Kay and my proof of purchase receipt was printed on the same paper that outlines the payment protection plan. I did not use a kay card to purchase the ring, but a regular credit card. I cannot remember if I purchased payment protection and I'm not even sure if it is available when you use a regular credit card or not.
