Processing a Return. Return Authorization (RA): Contact us at 734-287-2145 or email ([email protected]) to receive an RA number. RETURNS ARRIVING WITHOUT AN RA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. RA's EXPIRE IN 14 DAYS. Send item to Motif Jewelers. Please box all packages (more secure then envelopes).

Returns must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received and exchanges within 30 days after the product has been received. An RA # must be obtained by calling the office of Motif Jewelers prior to shipping back any item. Items returned without an RA # will not be accepted.
