Saettele was great in the beginning while we were engagement ring shopping. We finally decided to purchase from them (Suzan and Breah helped with the initial purchase). We went back later to purchase wedding bands and dealt with Gus and Gary who run the shop. Their rude and unprofessional comments and behaviors left me in tears.4.5/5(18)

I love Saettele Jewelers! They are so friendly every time we come in to get my ring cleaned and to look at wedding bands. We were visiting out of town and found our way into Saettele Jewelers. Breah was wonderfully helpful and we have an extremely comfortable experience. My wife found a ring that really was special but we had some reservations about living far away.
