Feb 07, 2012 · There is a sign up in Warren James stating that they do not give refunds, just exchanges. As CIS says, you have no legal right to a refund as the item is not faulty. As it is made clear in stores (although you do have to look at the sign and read it in what is often a dark shop) that they won't refund, you are unlikely to persuade them to refund as a goodwill gesture either.
