Answer 1 of 5: Some one told us of a nearby jewelry factory that makes and sells silver jewlery on site. We can't find a website for this. Does anyone have information about this or where it is? Thanks

I have three pieces of jewerly from them. We first went to Lapis on a tour through our resort EDSS. My husband actually purchased a ring from Lapis for our 20th anniversary, they delivered it to our resort, when it did arrive we had a problem with the stone and they happily took care of it.

My wife and I just returned from a great week at Gran Bahia Principe-Akumal. Upon arrival and at our meeting with our AirTransat tour guide, we were provided a "gift card" for 2 charms at Lapis. My wife and I thought it would be a nice 30 minute site seeing trip and a free charm each, so we booked. The ride there and back was great but thats it.

I had a great experience with Lapis Jewelry! My boyfriend had bought me a ring while we were there. It's a woven ring with onyx stones. I got back home and wore it for the first time only to find that by the end of the day, some of the stones had fallen out. Needless to say I was disappointed so I emailed Lapis and told them what had happened.
